Traditionally, Dialoc ID has been specialized in (offering) library solutions which protect printed media and audio-visual media against theft.

Since recently Dialoc ID has specialized in (offering) library solutions which enable library activities to be done more efficiently. This allows for a shift of tasks from employees (lending, intake/collecting, extending) to borrowers (self service desk) so that library employees can spend their time on other urgent tasks, thus saving time. Moreover, by using RFID technology, tasks like shelf inventory control and searching for books/media is more efficiently (portable reader).
