When products delivered by Dialoc ID are damaged, normally the Service&Support helpdesk is contacted by email or by telephone. When they can not help to solve the problem, the unit has to be returned to the Dialoc ID headquarters in the Netherlands. Before returning the unit you first need an RMA number. This so called Return of Material number can be requested by filling in the RMA form. Then, automatically you will receive an RMA number by email. Use this number (form) to return your unit.
