Theft, vandalism, improper use of tools not only cost a lot of money, but also poses great risks and frustration at the construction site. The deployment of an RFID Platform including RFID Gates, Locators and Handheld Readers map the entire supply chain, exposes all working relationships and automates the right documents available on time to those who need them. Main contractors are at all times responsible for knowing who is at a construction site in relation to liability for social security as for safety measures. If they fail to identify their working staff and subcontractors by showing their licenses and certificates, high fines are applicable.
Our (RFID) Construction Badge offers the ability to register presence in a convenient way. Each employee and subcontractor receives a personal RFID badge used for checking in or out, simply by passing through an RFID gate. The gate automatically takes care of identity requirements, but also for the registration of working hours. To avoid misuse of badges, a complementary camera for continuous surveillance can be connected to log the image of the passer to the personnel number scanned in the gate.
Finally, the RFID platform is also used for Material Management as it follows the location, the quality and safety and the planning and management of the mandatory safety test of the tools and equipment. Software can log and categorize the inspection status, location, maintenance, and cost of your equipment.
